I hit the oak apple jackpot in the winter, still haven't got round to making any ink or dyeing any wool with them yet though. Have you seen the Knopper galls? They're like little pixie helmets
No knoppers here yet, I’ve only seen a ton of apples and some old marble ones. Not sure if it’s a brilliant yeah for oak apples or if I’m just hyper aware of them suddenly! Found some more today.
